» OWNERS: Sweden (rules_the_north ), Norway (laukr ) and Finland (moimin_papa )

» DESCRIPTION: A small farm house, with a few fields that will be used for growing vegatables, grain, and as paddocks for grazing animals, a small greenhouse and a herb garden.
The Nitty Gritty
» EXTENDED DESCRIPTION: 10 hectares with small fields that should yield three harvests a year in Atia's climate, livestock, namely chicken, sheep, a horse for the manual labor, later on maybe a few cows and pigs/geese/goats and a bit of forest. They plan to sell their produce directly to (especially collar-owned) restaurants and the likes, as at the moment there aren’t any major collar-owned producers on the island. The business will be small and hardly enough to really affect those already producing and selling on the island, but it will ultimately be able to supply a couple of collared businesses with agricultural products and be able to employ and feed at least it's three owners, maybe even a few helping hands if it works out really well. They already have links to two cafes through Sweden and Finland's jobs, and through friends on the island could probably reach out to more.
»EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES: Limited. At the moment, it's likely just to sustain the three of them, and possibly any other Nations that appear in the meanwhile. After they have themselves more established they might look for an extra pair of hands or two.
» INHERITANCE: If all of the three left, it would be left to any nations that are present in Atia at that time (sans Russia!!), Yuj, or Maraich.
